Engineering meets extreme performance. This is the complete development history of a high-speed, custom-designed RC chassis built to withstand real-world impacts. Moving through iterations v1 to v3 allowed me to isolate weak stress-points in the suspension geometry and upgrade critical drive components to Carbon Fiber Nylon. Every single version logs its own specific tolerances, mechanical failures, and weight optimizations.
